The Greater Norwich Local Plan. A Roadshow will be visiting Loddon and Chedgrave Jubilee Hall on Tuesday 6th March to give people an opportunity to discuss and view the current consultation. Members of the Greater Norwich Local plan team will be available to answer any questions you have about the consultation and to help guide you through the process to have your say. The quickest and easiest way of responding to the consultation is online at www.gnlp.org.uk. Alternatively, you can telephone 01603 306603 to request a paper copy response booklet. All responses should be received by 5pm on Thursday 22nd March 2018.

Dog Fouling. Following reports of Dog Fouling on Church Loke and Ashby Road the South Norfolk Environmental Crime Officer has been asked to patrol the area. 

Highway Rangers. Work needed to be carried out on the highways/footway in
Thurton can be reported to Thurton Parish Clerk (480092) who will pass the information
to the Highway Rangers for completion. The work the rangers can do includes:
trim hedges (not in private ownership), rod and flush drains, clean out
drainage gullies, clean out drainage chambers, Rod and flush kerb drainage off
lets, clear ditches (not in private ownership), clear grips, wash signs,
bollards or reflector posts, repair minor kerb defects, clear mud and soil from
the carriageway, soil and seed verges, strim grass verges, repair minor footway
surface defects.

4G MOBILE PHONE SIGNALS TV INTERFERANCE A number of parishioners have reported interference to FREEVIEW TV. AT800 provides filters free of charge to households that experience interference – telephone 0808 13 13 800.
